HOWTO remove a kibana chroot

Why do that

  • Remove an instance of kibana (domain)
  • Change the system technical level


  • To communicate with the external customer and the CyberSecurity Run team
  • Repository Ubuntu

What to do

  1. Stop the supervisor service
$ supervisorctl stop kibana-<domain>
  1. umount /proc in the chroot
$ sudo chroot /data/kibana/<domain>
$ umount /proc
$ exit
  1. Remove the chroot
$ sudo rm -rf /data/kibana/<domain>

To redeploy

Use the deloyer to deploy

$ deploy -Kk -t kibana -l kibana_servers
